Millions of Americans may qualify for payments from upcoming class action settlement claims deadlines involving generic drug prices, consumer privacy, data breaches, and misleading advertising. But filing a claim before the deadline is essential; once it’s passed, there’s no way to get your share.
Class action claim amounts depend on eligibility, documentation requirements, the number of valid claims, and final approval. In some cases, you’ll need proof of purchase (a receipt) or proof of financial losses.
While a lot of settlements may only pay around $5, $10, or $20, three on this list could result in anywhere from $95 to $4,000 payments.
With so many families struggling with the cost of groceries, gas, and living expenses, the claims process is generally quite simple, so it’s worth filing. It also holds companies financially accountable for what led to the lawsuit, even if they didn’t admit wrongdoing.
Here are six upcoming class action settlement deadlines in November and December 2026, including who may qualify, potential payments, and where to submit a claim.
1. Generic Drug Price-Fixing Settlement Deadline: November 9, 2026
Where to file: Generic Drugs End-Payer Settlement
Consumers who paid for certain generic prescription medications may qualify for compensation through settlements in a nationwide pharmaceutical antitrust lawsuit.
The lawsuits alleged that drug manufacturers conspired to raise or maintain prices for numerous generic medications, leaving consumers and insurers paying more than they should have.
The generic drug price-fixing settlement involves different amounts and drug manufacturers, including Sandoz, Sun/Taro, and Apotex and Heritage. Individual payments will depend on approved claims and distribution rules. However, the total settlement amount is $533 million.
Eligible consumers generally include those who purchased certain generic prescriptions between May 1, 2009, and December 31, 2019 (in qualifying states).
2. CVS Digital Privacy Settlement Deadline: November 16, 2026
Where to file: CVS Digital Privacy Settlement
The CVS class action involves allegations that the company improperly collected or shared consumers' online activity through tracking technologies.
The settlement is eligible to individuals who accessed CVS.com, CVSHealth.com, or the CVS mobile app before July 27, 2026.
How much class members receive varies. Without supporting documentation, individuals will receive up to $5, whereas those with qualifying documentation will get up to $10. Actual payments may be reduced depending on the number of approved claims.
While many Americans are concerned about data breaches, the CVS digital privacy class action is about their digital privacy practices (hackers didn’t steal customer information).
3. Baptist Health Data Breach Settlement Deadline: December 8, 2026
Where to file: Baptist Health Data Incident Settlement
Patients and others affected by a Baptist Health Drew County data breach may qualify for compensation under a proposed class action settlement. Claims can be filed online or by mail, postmarked by December 8, 2026.
The lawsuit centers around an alleged criminal’s third-party, unauthorized access to information held by Baptist Health Medical Center from roughly April to July 2024. Eligible individuals will have received notice of what’s referred to as the “data incident”, including the Settlement notice.
Claims are worth up to $400 for qualifying expenses, up to $80 for time spent responding to the breach, and up to $4,000 for documented identity theft or fraud losses. Credit monitoring for two years is also available.
Since there are previous settlements and current cases against Baptist Health, it’s important to know that this one is for the Frazier v. Baptist Health class action.
4. Apple Siri AI Advertising Settlement Deadline: December 21, 2026
Where to file: Smartphone AI Settlement
Apple agreed to a $250 million settlement resolving allegations of false advertising. The class action was based on claims that consumers purchased certain iPhones based on advertisements of enhanced Siri and Apple Intelligence features that weren't delivered. Apple denies wrongdoing.
Eligible individuals include U.S. residents who bought an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, certain iPhone 16 models between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025. The purchase must have been for purposes other than resale.
Payments are estimated at $25 per eligible device but could increase to $95 or decrease depending on approved claims and other factors. You must submit separate claims for each qualifying device.
5. Equifax Credit Reporting Settlement Deadline: December 28, 2026
Where to file: Equifax Fair Credit Reporting Settlement
Equifax agreed to a $100 million settlement over a computer coding error in their online modeling system analysis that allegedly caused inaccurate credit scores or related information to be reported to third parties. The lawsuit was based on claims the company violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
The error occurred between March 17 and April 8, 2022, and roughly four million people could have experienced a range of consequences; according to the lawsuit, some consumers’ credit scores dropped by 20+ points because of the glitch, causing applications for loans, credit cards, and other finance-related products to be denied, or approved with higher interest rates.
Eligibility for an Equifax credit reporting settlement include those whose credit scores were inaccurately reported to a third party due to the identified coding issue. Not everyone who obtained an Equifax credit report during that period qualifies.
The amount claimants could receive is estimated to be between $95 and $280. Equifax denies violating the law.
6. GoodRx Health-Data Privacy Settlement Deadline: December 29, 2026
Where to file: GoodRx Privacy Settlement
GoodRx and advertising technology company Criteo agreed to a $32 million settlement resolving allegations that consumers’ personal information was disclosed through GoodRx's digital services.
The lawsuit raises concerns about how sensitive health information may be used for advertising; beyond Criteo, the case involves allegations that private data was shared with Google and Meta.
Those eligible for the proposed settlement generally includes people in the U.S. who used a GoodRx website, app, or service before April 20, 2024 (subject to exclusions).
Claimants are set to receive an equal share of the remaining GoodRx privacy settlement fund after court-approved expenses and other deductions; the amount will depend on the number of people who file a claim.
How to Know if You Qualify for a Class Action Settlement
Since there are different requirements for each case, consumers should review the official settlement website before submitting a class action claim. You generally don’t need to hire an attorney or pay a claims service.
Some settlements only require little more than identifying information. Others require receipts, claim identification numbers, or records supporting financial losses.
What’s important to understand is that participating in a settlement often means giving up the right to file a separate lawsuit involving the same allegations.
