In June, Governor Brown appointed 10 new judges to the LA Superior Court. They all appear to be well qualified lawyers to take the bench. I am specifically familiar with Helen Zukin with whom I have worked on complex consumer justice product liability cases. She had been a partner with well respected Kiesel Law LLC.
I am sure that Ms. Zukin will be an excellent judge for the people of Los Angeles. She has a deep concern for social justice. She has years of experience as a trial lawyer in the courtroom. She is a hard worker and has a special talent and intellect for the law.
Governor Brown has made an excellent choice for Los Angeles in appointing Ms. Zukin to the court.
