Our firm is fully electronic and all staff are working remotely from home. We are processing settlements and moving our litigation cases forward. Judges in state and federal courts are holding hearings by telephone conference to keep cases moving. We are working with court reporters to take virtual video depositions of witnesses at their homes. Jury trials will probably not be taking place for a few months or more.
Please observe public distancing and stay home as much as possible for the public health as well as your own.
