The passenger of his pickup truck was riding in the truck bed and was seriously injured when the pickup truck overturned at the intersection of Lambeth Farm Lane and Lake Way. The passenger—who has not yet been publicly identified—was transported to Baptist Hospital for treatment. The driver, Mr. Fischer, was taken to jail and placed there under $51,000 bond.
