Motor Vehicle Collision
Mr. Alvin Scales found our firm on the internet and employed us to represent him after he had been injured in a collision. A woman ran a red traffic signal, collided with Mr. Scales’ truck and caused it to roll over. Mr. Scales suffered a compression fracture in his spine and a rotator cuff impingement/tear to his shoulder. We gathered all of the information and presented it to the woman’s insurance carrier, State Farm. We were able to reach a signficant settlement on Mr. Scales’ behalf which paid back BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama, paid our fee and expenses, and compensated Mr. Scales.

Lemon Law Claim
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Woodham purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sante Fe in Dothan, Alabama in June, 2010. After the purchase, the Woodham’s continuously had the following problems: bad vibrations, electrical issues, engine issues, interior light issues, power steering wheel issues, and power steering fluid leakage. We corresponded back and forth with Hyundai until they finally agreed to buy back the Woodham vehicle and pay our fee.
