Finally, a little movement on each case. On the car wreck case, we finally received a letter from the insurance company for the other driver. They have acknowledged the claim, and they are awaiting our package with the medical information.
We have learned from our clients that they are still having some medical issues, but they are not receiving treatment right now. They are relying on over-the-counter medications. We are going to begin gathering all of the medical information and see if it is a case we can resolve or whether it is one we will have to litigate.
On our misrepresentation and warranty case, we have heard from the manufacturer of the car and the dealer’s attorney. Today, I sent all of the purchase information and title to the manufacturer via e-mail. We have left a message for the dealer’s attorney who is wondering what the facts are from our end.
