This past weekend, I attended the InjuryBoard Summit in Delray Beach, Florida.  What an incredible event to learn new ideas and share stories with some incredibly talented attorneys located around the country.

At this Summit, we discussed the direction of our group, but we also discussed various charitable activities along with our 60 For Safety campaign.  The current campaign involves our efforts to stem the tide of distracted driving and save lives.  Joel Feldman started this effort due to the tragic loss of his daughter as a result of a texting driver.  You can read and watch all about Casey Feldman and her parents' efforts to keep her memory alive right here.

In addition, we experienced great camaraderie among the IB staff and the attorneys.  Each time we meet, we broaden our horizons.  This year, I met attorneys from Jacksonville, FL, South Carolina, a former Federal Judge, and I saw old friends from Miami, Tampa, Sweden, New York, Michigan, Boston, and Virginia.

Our next event is Radius of Influence, typically in May.  This year, it will be in Austin, Texas, and I cannot wait to see who I can meet and what I can learn.  The great thing about this is that our firm gets to use all of this incredible information in order to come back to our local communities, help our clients further, and help save lives.
