- For businesses started after October 20, 2008, 2012 MONTHLY P&L's (January through April)

For Retail Sales:
- 2007 Monthly Sales and Tax Use Returns
- 2008 Monthly Sales and Tax Use Returns

Retail and Lodging Businesses also need:
- Monthly sales and use tax returns (retail)
- Lodging: 1) lodging tax returns for 2007-2011; 2) Occupancy reports per unit rental records; and 3) documents to show how the property is managed
