Now that you know….

That the tobacco industry knew for years that cigarettes were associated with lung cancer, heart disease and other serious side effects and failed to warn the public until the government and the trial lawyers made them do so…

On these issues of public safety, public awareness, and public protection, these major industries and corporations have failed and neglected, even cheated and lied to the American people. And who has held them accountable and made them tell the truth? The trial lawyers, that’s who.

And who is trying to protect you from these phony attempts to reform the system and limit your access to safety measures? The trial lawyers, that’s who.
