Huff is accused of failing to timely apply his brakes and failing to keep proper lookout. The suit claims that as a result of the accident all of the plaintiffs have suffered serious bodily injury.

Ramos and Benavidez are seeking 40,000 and a combined 9,000 for the injuries to the two minor passengers. They have also requested a jury trial.

District Court Judge John Ellisor is presiding over the case.
