Former manager of Tullymore Golf Resort Daniel Scott Carlson has been sentenced 5 to 15 years in prison for a sexual assault at Tullymore Golf Resort in October, 2016.

Earlier this year, a jury convicted Carlson of 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct after a two-week trial.  According to evidence presented at trial, when the victim, her boyfriend and friends arrived, Carlson began ordering and serving drinks to them. Later that evening, according to testimony, the victim woke-up in bed, unable to move or to speak, while being sexually assaulted by Carlson.

The investigation by Mecosta County Sheriff’s Department and the Mecosta County Prosecutor uncovered evidence that of other victims, one of whom has come forward to allege that Carlson assaulted her in March of 2016.
